This year, we’re delighted to be partnering with British Land to provide delegates with the opportunity to participate in a tour of the lab space available at The Paper Yard.

The Paper Yard

British Land campuses are home to change-making businesses. Spaces designed to spark ideas and foster connections, bringing together leading minds in science and innovation.

The Paper Yard provides 33,000 sq ft of fitted and lab-enabled space. Thanks to it’s modular design, this innovative new building is flexible and can be configured to suit the occupiers needs.

  • Heavy duty lift – 1,000kg goods lift
  • Secure power supply – Back-up power
  • Spacious and light – Central, double height entrance space and connected service core
  • Fully flexible – Each floorplate splits between laboratory and co-located workspace, accommodating a range of suite sizes

20 delegates in two groups of 10 will be able to join two tours, one in the morning from 10:45am and one in the afternoon from 1:30pm. Tours take approximately 1 hour and 30min from the venue and back, with the site being only 25 minute away via public transport.

We recommend the following route to the site where a colleague from British Land will be at Canada Water Station to guide delegates on the visit.
