Steve has 25 years’ experience working across multiple sectors, including Science and Research projects. He has worked on many high profile projects, most recently Oxford North Innovation District for Stanhope / Thomas White, Fabrica for Mission Street, Jahn Court for Nan Fung, and Quad 3 for ARC Harwell. He works hand in hand with clients from initial briefing stages through to handover and operation to understand business imperatives and make informed decisions that meet the needs of the user. He has successfully implemented low and zero carbon technologies in a range of projects to comply with, and where appropriate exceed, environmental regulations and guidance. He is motivated by ensuring engineering designs fulfil operational outcomes, without unnecessary capital expenditure or operational constraint.
