Peter is the Director of Real Estate Development for King’s College London and Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. He is leading a programme for the redevelopment of the Guy’s and St Thomas’ campuses, working with commercial developers and investors. He is also responsible for new capital projects for King’s College London, with an annual recurrent investment of more than £50m. Until November 2017 he was the Director of Healthcare Projects for John Laing, a leading international investor in economic and social infrastructure which delivered more than 20 major healthcare Public-Private Partnership projects and over 40 clinics and primary care facilities during his time there.
