As Head of Development, Jitesh is responsible for the development and construction of all new buildings within The Oxford Science Park. Over the past three years he has been responsible for the development of c. 700,000 sqft of new life science space with a plan to develop a further c. 2,500,000 sqft of new space over the next 10 to 15 years.
