Clare Hebbes is Director of Development for Oxford University Development (OUD), a joint venture between Oxford University and Legal & General delivering a mix of uses from commercial science and innovation buildings to student accommodation. Clare has worked on a number of large mixed use regenerations schemes in both the public and private sector over the past 25 years. Key roles include Development Director for the LLDC at the Olympic Park and 12 years working for Argent on King’s Cross, taking the masterplan through planning and then focusing on early infrastructure and the first commercial buildings. She has also worked on schemes in Europe having led the Public Realm and Infrastructure team at Lendlease Europe for almost 5 years.
