Over the last 20 years, Clare has worked on some of the most exciting developments across London and Europe delivering urban regeneration schemes from the masterplanning and planning stages through to the delivery of public realm, the structuring of infrastructure deals, delivering commercial space for tenants and the long-term operations of large mixed use sites.
