Stephen Ryan has worked in the real estate and wider financial services industry since 1988. Since 2019 he has been an independent real estate researcher working with UK, Irish, Dutch and German clients. Prior to 2019, Stephen worked with INREV in Amsterdam (a trade body for real estate investors) and in Mercer, where he advised institutional investors on investment strategy. In 2022 Stephen and a group of other independent researchers launched a new online platform called Life Sciences Real Estate (www.lifesciencesrealestate.org) to bring science and real estate closer together. Based in Dublin, the platform provides a regular newsletter, data tools, and networking events.
