Peter is the founder and Executive Director of Abzyme Ltd, an advisory firm which seeks to catalyse healthcare and life science real estate and infrastructure.  He was previously Director of Real Estate Development for King’s College London and Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS FT, leading a redevelopment programme in partnership with commercial developers and investors aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of space and addressing the climate emergency.

Prior to that he was Director of Social Infrastructure for John Laing, a leading international investor which delivered more than 60 healthcare and life science projects through Public-Private Partnerships.

He has worked on the delivery of public infrastructure since 1989 through project financing, PPP and real estate development including over £2bn of healthcare and life science facilities.
