Tracy D’Souza is a Director and Science & Research Regional Sector Lead at Hoare Lea, overseeing their extensive portfolio of Science & Research projects across Commercial Science, Higher Education, Pharma and Government clients. Hoare Lea’s science sector capability combines deep experience in research laboratories, containment suites, clean rooms and commercial pre-production facilities with a flexible, technically rigorous approach that supports complex, high-performance science buildings. Tracy has a strong passion for sustainable engineering design, also demonstrated by her role as Board Director for I2SL UK Chapter, in the role of Research & Technical Officer.
